Supporting details:

Major sentence 1 :  a good boss must have a good leadership.

Minor sentence 1 : - with the ability to lead, we will be able to organize our workers.

-To be good leader, you should be able to decide the right decision.

Major sentence 2:  he/ she must be disipline.

Minor sentence 2: - Discipline one of important things that a good boss must have, it can be discipline about time place or occasion.

-          By doing everything with discipline, it can be as good example for your worker and can influence them to do too.

Major sentence 3:  he/she must be honest

Minor sentence 3:Honesty is important thing that can make a leader who are trusted by the worker.

Major sentence 4: good boss must apply deleberation.

Minor sentence 4:  -    a good boss, you should decided the right decision with all of your workers   and your partner.

-          With deliberation, you can lead your company well because what will happen, good or bad will be shared together.

Conclusion : therefore if you want to become a good boss, you must have good leadership, honesty, discipline and fix all problem by deliberation.so then you can lead you company well.

4 Characteristics of Good Boss

A good boss has four important characteristics. First, a good boss must have a good leadership. It is kind of characteristic that make you able to organize your worker become unity. Become good leader, you should be able to decide the right decision so whatever you choose it will make your company on the right path to achieve the goal. Second, he/ she must be discipline. Discipline is one of important things that a good boss must have, it can be about time or place. A boss usually become an example by his/her worker so they will watch and mimic the example set by the boss and by doing everything with discipline, it can become good example for your worker and can influence them to do that too. Third, he/she must be honest.  Honesty is important thing that can make a leader become good boss and success. This kind of characteristic can be used as tool to obtain a trust from his or her worker. And the last one, leader should apply deliberation in resolve problems. So whenever the company faces problems and resolved it then in the end there are not offended and objected to the results. Therefore if you want to become a good boss, you must have good leadership, honesty, discipline and resolve all problems by deliberation. So then you can lead your company well to reach purpose.

The Crowd of FBS's Lobby

The FBS’s lobby is always full of activities which make it very crowded. The crowded is because of the students’ activities and the administrative business. Many students use the Lobby as place to do their assignments and sometimes they disturb the other people on the spot. They do their assignments in the lobby because they intend to use lobby’s campus and in same time they want to entertain their self by it. It is common to find students who are playing games or watching movies and some of them disturbing another people by laughing and yelling loudly when they entertain their self. The wires which are used by Students when they are charging their gadgets also disturb the other because it is messy and spend the spot. Students who are doing their assignments prefer to sit on the floor because of limited number of seats available. Because of the number of students who are sitting in the floor, some people are disturbed because they can’t pass by. When Students do their assignments or entertain their self, it is common to see students who bring snacks but some of them just throw their rubbish or leaving many things behind. That makes the lobby dean so the lecturers and the staff angry. In short, because the activities of students in the FBS’ lobby make it always crowded even some of students make the lobby feel uncomfortable and Dean so that make the lecturers and other staffs angry. Personally, I think we need to more respect to our facility so we will not get any problem when we used it. We need to be more careful about our actions so that people will feel more comfortable when they entered the lobby.  After all, it’s our duty and responsibilities to take care of it.

FINAL FREE HUGS CAMPAIGN

Increasing Solidarity and Togetherness through “Free Hugs” Campaign

Now days most people don’t have a high togetherness and solidarity sense with each other. That bad situation encourages a man doing “free hugs” campaign. At first people in the down town ignored him even some of people just smiled and took pictures or video. Then an elderly woman came to him and gave hug. They looked like very happy so that made other people interested to give hugs too. There were many people who gave hugs even some people followed to do the campaign. Because of that crowd, some polices came to him and asked to stop the campaign. They thought that campaign interfere another people so they didn't allow them to continue their campaign. The man forced to continue his campaign, he didn't agree with what polices thought. Next he wanted to prove that he has done is good for all so he asked people in the down town to give signatures to prove that free hugs were necessary and do not disturb others. He worked hard to get signatures as much as he could get.  Fortunately there were many people who wanted to help him and he got 10.000 signatures. At the end polices permitted him to continue his campaign because of those signatures furthermore some polices gave hugs too. This story gives us many moral values, Most of people right now are selfish, and they don’t care about another people. As human we must care with other, help each other and also we must respect with the other.

The Man was a man with brown medium hair and quite good-looking, he stood in the middle of the street while holding a sign about offering free hugs.

At first, some people tried to keep the distance from the man while the others toying with him

·         they react as if he is a freak who tried to do a sexual harassment

·          then an elderly woman asked the man to give her a hug

·         The man gladly accept and gave her a hug

In the end, they got 10 thousand signatures and many people performed the free hugs, even the police accept it when someone tried to give him a hug, the main point of the video from my point of view is about how people giving and accepting kindness from each others, how we unite and cast away the lonely feeling in out heart, togetherness and equality for the better society and future

MY COMMENT

Your posting is good, that give some life values which is very valuable for our life as human but there are still mistakes that you should fix to make your posting more perfect.

• The first is about your topic sentence “In the video there was a man who doing a campaign about free hugs…” it would be nicer if you change that sentence because this is little bit odd if you use this sentence as topic sentence. May be that because the words “ in this video” it would be nicer if you don’t use that words because that words make the sentence not flexible.
• Second is about sentences” ... the man was a man with…..” and “At first, some people tried to keep…” When I read that sentences, I felt there was something odd because both of those sentences aren't connected. In my opinion between of that sentences must be added by sentence that can connect those sentences.
• Third is about the mechanic of your paragraph. After I read your sentence, I felt there is something odd because your paragraph just consisted of 3 sentences. You put the wrong punctuation for example in sentence “At first, some people tried to keep the…”. In that sentence you put comma too much. You should not do that and fix it and you must place the punctuation correctly.
• And the last is about sentence” In the end, they got 10….. lonely feeling in out heart….” The word “out” is not suitable. it should be replaced by word “ our”.

My Grand Mother’s Kitchen

My grandmother is a great cook, whatever she makes for me is always delicious, even though she only has simple kitchen. That kitchen contains of usual stuff for cooking and another things. In the right corner of the kitchen, there is refrigerator where as place for ingredients for cooking such as spices, vegetables, meats and fruits. The cabinet is in the right side of the refrigerator. There are many plates, spoons, cups, and bowls in there. On the wall beside of cabinet, there are tools for cooking hang on neatly arranged. Those stuffs are just usual kitchenware such as Frying pan, pan, and knives. The stove is in the below of kitchenware which is used to cook. In the middle of room, there is table with two chairs. On the table, there are jars of sugar, coffee powder and tea. My Grand mother is fabulous, she uses simple kitchen but she can make tasty dishes for me.

In the video there is man who holds sign “free hugs” walk in the down town. He seems to do a campaign, he offer free hugs for all of people there. At first all people in the down town ignore him even some of people just smile and take pictures or video. Then an elderly woman comes to him and gives hug to him. They look like happy. Because of that grandma some people to be not shame to give hug to him. There are many people give hug even some people follow to hold sign “free huge”.  But because of that crowd, then some polices come to him and ask to stop that. The polices think that activity interferes another people so the police banned that. The man forced to continue his campaign, he don’t agree that what police thought. Next he want to prove that he has done is good for all so he asks to people to give signature to prove that free hugs are necessary. The man walking around in the down town and ask signature from all people that he met. There are many people wanted to help him and he get 10.000 signatures. In the end, the police permit the man to continue his campaign because of those signatures.  Those signatures indicate most of people are not disturbed by his campaign, more over the police give huge too. This Video gives us many moral values, Most of people right now are selfish, and they don’t care about another people. How to Clean Your Messy Room after the Party

It’s very delighted if we had party with people which you love and you will enjoy that moment. But don’t forget about the mess that is resulted by that. Don’t mind that problem; it’s easy to clean it if you follow these steps. First collect rubbish that has big sized like balloon, beverage cans, pizza box, etc. and throw away to rubbish bin. Next place things that you use in the party like carpet, and also fix the position of your things like your chair, sofa, picture on the wall etc. Third clean the dust and also the little sized rubbish. You can use broom or vacuum cleaner. Fourth swab the floor so clean of dirt and drink split. Finally your messy room turns into clean and cozy room.
